Hotel sanitation needs strengthening, cost-effective high, and customers closer

Yes Hardware location and the room are good, feeling great value, but the level of service that the hotel is to improve, and the front desk several times to deal with, never see any smile, not a very good first impression.

General Overall in general, not particularly comfortable place, do not feel friendly service, not happy does have, I live 1604 rooms, room card did not open the door several times, the waiter finally able to open this room holding more than one card to finally have a can, but this card has to die the next day, silent!!! checkout excruciatingly slow, and the bill amount of error, the process turned upside down, all the checkout procedure is over, asked me to use the room thing? wanted me so, that will check the room, silent again!!!
